Dr. Eamonn Gardiner joined the Crystal Lean Solutions team in 2022 as a Training Co-ordinator.

Eamonn has a broad experience working as a Learning and Development professional, with a deep knowledge of Training, Administration and Education Management Strategies.

Previously, he has managed the delivery of graduate studies and undergraduate programmes at a higher education institution and a national apprenticeship programme for the further education and training sector. Eamonn holds two postgraduate certificates in the delivery and quality management of educational programmes, as well as a PhD exploring historical links between stress and trauma during the Anglo-Irish War.

Eamonn places collaboration with stakeholders at the heart of his professional practice, in order to design and develop innovative, meaningful and impactful learning experiences.
