This course is aimed at personnel who are tasked with the execution of projects to improve business performance and/or data analysis in their day-to-day job.

These tools focus on improving key Business metrics including improving Customer Service, Compliance, Cost, Delivery, and Supply, through understanding and utilisation of the ASQ Body of Knowledge.

Certification by ASQ requires:
1. Three years of work experience in one or more areas of the ASQ Body of Knowledge
2. Training in the ASQ Body of Knowledge
3. A Pass grade following a 4-hour open book exam (100 questions)

Prerequisite for completing course: Leaving Certificate Pass Maths or equivalent
Progression Path: Six Sigma Black Belt
