Lean Tools
Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) Training
Program Duration: Half day
Program Aim:
The aim of this program is to provide the knowledge and skills to conduct a Measurement System study for variable data per AIAG guidelines. It enables the learner to quantify numerically the precision of a measurement system, interpret the results and present findings cohesively.
Program Objectives:
At the end of this course, for variable data, you will be able to:
- Conduct a gauge R&R study
- Analyse a gauge R&R study
- Interpret results from a gauge R&R study
Determine the adequacy of the measurement system

Process Capability
Program Duration: Half day
Program Aim:
The aim of this program is to provide the knowledge and skills to conduct a Capability Study for variable data. It enables the learner to quantify numerically the performance of a process, interpret the results and present analysis.
Program Objectives:
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Calculate numerically the process performance using indices Cp, Cpk, Pp, and Ppk
- Conduct a Capability Study and Interpret resulting Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk
- Use software to calculate Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk (Minitab or Excel)
- Effectively present process performance summary
