Crystal Lean Solutions focuses on training and development with appointment of Dr. Eamonn Gardiner

Crystal Lean Solutions has announced the appointment of Dr. Eamonn Gardiner as Training Coordinator. Crystal Lean Solutions (CLS) is a training, mentoring and development consultancy, specialising in Lean implementation. CLS has mentored and trained over 12,500 people since 2008 through white, yellow & green belt training, last planner implementation and mentoring.

In a new role for CLS, Eamonn will be responsible for the coordination of the company’s training agenda, including managing their new CLS Training Academy. This will support Crystal Lean Solutions’ strategic vision of ‘Delivering Excellence Together’.

Eamonn brings a wealth of experience to the business including programme co-ordination across public and private sectors, as well as working within a QQI quality management system at both Further and Higher Education.

He will bring his professional experience in support of the design and integration of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), enhanced sectoral knowledge and marketing experience to further augment the existing training suite offered by Crystal Lean Solutions. This will contribute to the pursuit of excellence in the field of learning and development.
