LCI Conference 2022
We are delighted to attend the Lean Construction Ireland Conference again for 2022.
LCI is one of the leading Lean Construction conferences in the world. This Conference brings together a national community of learning and practice along with welcoming friends from all around the world.
The Conference is structured around LCi’s strategic breakthrough objectives of Clients, Contractual Processes, and Capability Development, and stream presentations are kept succinct so as to optimise the opportunities for speaker and audience engagement and questions and answers.
Our team exhibited and hosted a Capabilities Development Workshop
The workshop itself guided participants to identify individual gaps and opportunities within their own business. In addition, an overview of tools and training available (including LCi White Belt, Yellow Belt and Green Belt programmes) to support organisational transformation were provided.
